Monday- Sanitation Pick-up: Mountain Road, Canterbury Drive, Woodview Road, Mimosa Drive, Oak Lane, Pine Road, Ash Street, Cedar Lane, Poplar Lane, Crawford Road, Academy Street, Ballpark Loop (within corporate limits), Craddock Street, Houston Street, and Main Street (from Mountain Road South to Railroad Tracks).
Tuesday- Sanitation Pick-up: From Railroad Tracks South on 501 to town boundary, Golf Course Road, Brook Run, Cowford Road, Gatha’s Trail, Ballou Trail, and Banister Road.
Thursday- Sanitation Pick-up: Maple Avenue, Buena Vista Drive, Park Lane, Lakeside Drive, Harding Street, Snead Lane, Elam Street, Hedderly Street, Back Street, Jackson Street, Main Street (from Mountain Road North on U.S. 501 and East on VA Hwy 360 to the corporate limits), Bethel Road.

-Household garbage only accepted (no bagged leaves, furniture, etc.)
-All persons disposing of garbage or refuse shall provide receptacles with tight-fitting covers for all garbage set out by them for removal by the town. Garbage MUST be in a trash bag, NO LOOSE TRASH in cans accepted!
-Container needs to be placed at curbside no later than 7 am to ensure pick-up and removed from curbside after trash pick-up.
-Overweight containers pose a safety hazard for collectors and may cause streets to be littered. Overweight containers (larger than 45 gallons and heavier than 40 pounds) will NOT be picked up.
-Special Pick-up days for larger items are scheduled twice per year by appointment (usually May and October).
